Information we collect
When you apply to the sourcing network, we may collect your name, role, company or studio, contact details, location, website, social-media or portfolio links, categories and specialisms, pricing, lead times, areas served, delivery capabilities, trade terms, minimum orders, bespoke capabilities, references, previous projects and current capacity.
When you submit a sourcing brief, we may also collect project requirements, budgets, timescales, design preferences and files you choose to upload, such as mood boards, plans, specifications and reference images. Please share only material you are authorised to provide and remove unnecessary personal or confidential information.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in the free-text fields.
Why we use your information
We use application information to assess suitability for the sourcing network, carry out appropriate checks, understand commercial and operational fit, respond to enquiries and consider applicants for relevant project briefs.
Our lawful basis for managing an application is our legitimate interest in operating The Interior Exchange and responding to people and businesses who have asked to participate. Where you separately choose to receive occasional network news and updates, we rely on your consent.
Marketing choices
Marketing permission is optional and is not required to apply to the sourcing network. You can withdraw consent or object to direct marketing at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing marketing consent will not remove your application unless you also ask us to delete it.
How we keep information secure
Registration details are submitted over an encrypted connection and stored in protected platform-backed systems. Access is restricted to authorised persons who need the information for the purposes described in this notice. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration.
No online service can promise absolute security, but we review our safeguards as the business and platform develop.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We may use carefully selected hosting, database, email or professional-service providers that process information for us under appropriate obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights.
International processing

Sourcing-network applications will normally be reviewed or deleted within 24 months of the last meaningful contact, unless you join the network, ask us to retain your details, or we need to keep limited information for legal or suppression-list purposes.
