1. Who you are buying from
Studio Editions are sold by Futures Art Ltd, trading as Futures Art Studio Editions and The Interior Exchange. Futures Art Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 13018773. 2. Product and edition
Each listing identifies the artwork, print size, paper and available presentation. Framed orders include the selected box-frame colour and acrylic glazing. Studio Editions are digital compositions created with AI-assisted tools and refined under Futures Art creative direction. Each artwork is offered as a shared edition of 100 across all sizes.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. Futures Art Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged separately. Payment is taken securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed when we email your order confirmation and reference.
4. Production and delivery
Studio Editions are produced to order by our specialist fulfilment partner. We deliver to UK addresses accepted at checkout and send tracking after dispatch. Unless a different timeframe is agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the order. Please check the delivery address carefully before paying and contact us promptly if it needs attention.
5. Cancelling or changing your mind
You may cancel a standard Studio Edition order from the date of confirmation until 14 days after receiving it. Email us with your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. After notifying us, return the item within 14 days using the instructions we provide. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost and safe packaging of the return.
6. Refunds
For an eligible cancellation, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method. We may wait until the goods are returned or you provide evidence that they have been sent back. We may make a reasonable deduction if handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item has reduced its value.
7. Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will arrange the appropriate replacement, repair or refund. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
8. Colour and framing
Screen settings and room mock-ups can affect how colours and scale appear. The supplied print follows the production artwork rather than the lifestyle image. Natural frame grain may vary slightly. These normal display and material variations do not affect your statutory rights.
9. Artwork rights
Your purchase gives you ownership of the physical print and frame supplied. Copyright and reproduction rights are not transferred, and the artwork may not be copied, scanned, reproduced or commercially exploited without written permission.
10. Contact and complaints
Email hello@theinteriorexchange.co.uk with your order reference. We will acknowledge the issue and work with you toward a fair resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; consumers retain any mandatory rights available where they live.
